Ben Chua Operations Manager

Ben Chua has been a dedicated professional in the dental industry since 1999, bringing more than 25 years of experience in dental operations, practice management, treatment coordination, and patient care. He believes that exceptional patient experiences begin with genuine compassion, guided by the philosophy: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

Throughout his career, Ben has successfully partnered with dentists, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple dental practices to build efficient systems, strengthen patient relationships, and create outstanding clinical experiences. His expertise spans office management, human resources, treatment planning, insurance coordination, billing, marketing, and business operations.

Recognized for his practical leadership and strategic approach, Ben is frequently sought after by dental professionals to provide consulting and operational guidance. His ability to improve practice performance and build strong, patient-focused teams has earned him a reputation for transforming dental offices into highly successful, well-managed practices.

Originally from the Philippines and of Chinese heritage, Ben moved to Canada in 1996. He earned a Business Degree with a Minor in Accounting, graduating with distinction. He has also completed studies in investment, finance, and insurance services, providing him with a well-rounded business perspective that complements his extensive dental experience.

Outside the office, Ben enjoys hiking, travelling, exploring the real estate market, and discovering the diverse culinary experiences that British Columbia has to offer. He is fluent in both English and Tagalog.
